The daytime staff was friendly and helpful. The heated indoor pool was fabulous - a highlight. The breakfast was good. The property is clean and well maintained. While there’s almost nothing nearby, if you don’t have a car, the courtesy van will take you to restaurants, etc..

Bedside power plugs were a plus! Indoor pool was nice but very loud and chilly sometimes. The pool water took turns being heated and not heated. It was a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness. Easily located off the highway to reach other parts of the metroplex. Front desk staff was amazing and very attentive. He went above and beyond for the guests.

They really hired the best employees and the room was great. Perfect location and I could literally walk to the gas station. I loved that they had a little extra in the bathroom too. There was lotion, body wash in the shower, and maybe shampoo and conditioner too but I didn't use that. I had an issue with air and they worked hard to get it fixed but we eventually just moved rooms.

The man working front desk, George, it was his first day the day I checked in. He was very kind, polite and didn't hesitate to get what you needed. You could see he was a bit overwhelmed, but stayed calm and handle everything fanatically. Everyone who worked there that I ran into was very kind and would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Very nice people! Great experience and nice place to stay.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Includes a free buffet breakfast with a decent selection of food that was fresh and tasty. Hotel is clean and furnishings are very nice. Our beds in our room were very comfortable and the shower had nice hot water at great pressure. Was a quick stopover but enjoyable and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dallas. Hotel offers free shuttle to airport and shopping area. Also lovely front desk staff allowed us a later check out.

I was happy to see that breakfast had different options available every day and not the same thing over and over. The staff was great, from check in to check out. We took a shuttle to a restaurant and the driver was fantastic.

I live in Shreveport, La. and flew in from Las Vegas. The hotel was a five-minute drive from the airport. Very convenient and easy to get to.

Our stay at Hampton in was wonderful the breakfast was perfect for our group’s needs. We had the most incredible experience with the shuttle driver, Lynn. She really made us feel comfortable and added that extra sense of comfort needed to make our time at the Hampton perfect.
